David Allen is a highly regarded Australian pianist, musical director, producer, and educator.
After earning a first-class honours degree from the prestigious Conservatorium of Music in Sydney he has since established a notable career in both live performance and recording.
With a wealth of experience, David has collaborated with a diverse range of artists including Tones and I, Harry Connick Jr, Jessica Mauboy, Casey Donovan, Grent Perez, Genesis Owusu, Angie McMahon, Courtney Act, Dami Im, Electric Fields, Harrison Craig, and Mark Vincent.
He has performed both in Australia and abroad, with highlights including a European and North American tour with Tones and I, a featured performance on Jimmy Kimmel Live, the ABC's New Year's Eve Concert, a USA tour with the Sydney Conservatorium Jazz Orchestra, and a guest appearance at the Chicago Midwest Clinic International Band and Orchestra Conference alongside jazz legend Arturo Sandoval.
